This 45-minute workout includes 5 rounds of boxing + 3 rounds of fitness. You will work at a bit slower pace with Strong with focus on punching power on the bags, and strength at the fitness stations. You also get a core/ab blast at the end, just before the stretch and cool-down.
This 60-minute workout is all about community, supporting each other, and finishing like a Champ. The Champ is a great mix of the Undefeated and Strong workouts. You will leave inspired and feeling very accomplished.
Advanced Bagwork is a 45-minute workout where you will experience longer boxing combinations, more footwork, and Floyd’s famous defensive movements. For you to have a fun, inspiring first Bagwork experience, we suggest that you complete 10 workouts not named Advanced Bagwork, before participating.
This 30-minute Boxing Fundamentals class will first tech you proper boxer stance, proper technique for the six basic punches, and defensive movements. The class then takes you to the bags for four rounds of boxing fun and learning. Here, you will be coached to execute basic boxing combinations mixed in with a few defensive movements. Any boxing fitness enthusiast, who learns the basics, will enjoy the workouts more, and achieve their personal fitness goals at a faster pace.
M Body is the 50-minute workout that is going to change everything for Mayweather Boxing + Fitness. This full body, non-boxing workout, will allow you to slow down, focus on high level execution of exercise movement, and give training balance to your body and your weekly workout schedule. The workout design is largely comprised of the follow 5 workout stations: Lower Body, Upper Body, Stable Body, Conditioned Body, and Total Body. After an effective total body warm-up, you will spend 5 minutes at each of the 5 stations, with a Rest and Rotate period after each station is complete. Then, you will go through each of the 5 stations again, for only 1:30 at each station, with Rest and Rotate between each. (much like Champ) Total rounds of fitness is 10 + a Core Blast + Stretch and Cool-Down.
